My Nan had had bowel cancer for over a year, but it was her heart that had packed up first. She died laughing!!!! She was giggling away one minute and then next......
I'm happy she's reunited with my Grandad.....She had missed him sooooooo much since he had died.
My Nan was the strongest person i have ever known, she had amazing strength!!!
